Cory Simmons ties his lyrical insights together with an array of instrumental sounds and meaningful rhythms that tug at the heart-strings of his audiences. Inspired by his surroundings and his life experiences, including the hardships of everyday life, Cory’s music is full of soul. Each element comes together to produce a synthesis that is a rare blend of adventurous and approachable sound which is carried with precision, along a roller-coaster of jams! Cory Simmons utilizes his loop station, his original compositions on guitar, and his soulful vocals to produce his original music that is lyrically profound and instrumentally melodic.

Cory Simmons forged his life-changing relationship with guitar early on. After a transformative experience in Costa Rica, 2015, Cory understood that his connection with guitar and music as a whole would formulate the basis of his future. 

Soon after Cory harnessed his musical abilities, he began to successfully record and perform. Some of his first recorded tracks include ‘Who Are You’ and ‘Mother Melody’. Cory has performed at venues and festivals throughout the Midwest and Colorado region which include Shangri La, Project Earth, Strings on Kings, Fare Thee Well, Serenity Festival, Harmony Park, Vibe High, Mackey's Hideout, Summer Stomp, Share Fest, among others. Cory has also shared the stage with esteemed artists such as Chase Makai, Melvin Seals, Tim Carbone, Little Stranger, Lily Fangz, Teed, Amber Lily, Thom Lafond, Georgia Rae, Antony Picardi, Johnny Jymeo and Paa Kow to name a few. 

In 2020, Cory started Astral Productions, an event production company that brings together artists, musicians, bands, and other creatives to put on conscious events for local communities. The incentive  and drive behind Astral Production' work is credited to Cory’s own vision of high-quality and sincere music events.
